Contains the divine command for Friday prayer: 'O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumu'ah, then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade.' (62:9) — one of the clearest obligations in the Quran.
📖 About Surah Al-Jumu'ah
Al-Jumu'ah establishes the obligation of the Friday prayer (Salat al-Jumu'ah). When the call to prayer on Friday is given, Muslims must leave trade and answer the call. It also criticises the Jews for not practicing their Torah.
