The Prophet ﷺ said these two surahs 'cannot be surpassed in seeking refuge by anyone who seeks refuge.' He recited them after every Salah, before sleeping (x3 blowing on hands), and taught them to those afflicted with illness or evil eye.
📖 About Surah Al-Falaq
Al-Falaq is one of the two 'Mu'awwidhatain' (Two Protector Surahs) along with An-Nas. It seeks Allah's protection from the evil of creation, the darkness of the night, and the evil eye and black magic (sihr).
