"Recite Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Nas three times each."

بِاسْمِكَ رَبِّي وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِي، وَبِكَ أَرْفَعُهُ، فَإِنْ أَمْسَكْتَ نَفْسِي فَارْحَمْهَا، وَإِنْ أَرْسَلْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا، بِمَا تَحْفَظُ بِهِ عِبَادَكَ الصَّالِحِينَ.

"In Your name my Lord, I lie down and in Your name I rise, so if You should take my soul then have mercy upon it, and if You should return my soul then protect it in the manner You do for Your righteous servants."

اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ خَلَقْتَ نَفْسِي وَأَنْتَ تَوَفَّاهَا، لَكَ مَمَاتُهَا وَمَحْيَاهَا، إِنْ أَحْيَيْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا، وَإِنْ أَمَتَّهَا فَاغْفِرْ لَهَا. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ.

"O Allah, You have created my soul and You take its life. To You belongs its death and its life. If You give it life, then protect it, and if You take its life, then forgive it. O Allah, I ask You for well-being."

"O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Magnificent Throne, our Lord and the Lord of all things, splitter of the grain and the date-stone, Revealer of the Torah and the Gospel and the Criterion (the Quran), I seek refuge in You from the evil of everything whose forelock You hold. O Allah, You are the First, for there is nothing before You; and You are the Last, for there is nothing after You; and You are the Manifest, for there is nothing above You; and You are the Hidden, for there is nothing below You. Relieve us from debt and enrich us from poverty."
