المقدمة
في اللحظة التي نستيقظ فيها، يجب أن نذكر الله الذي وهبنا يوماً آخر من الحياة.
الْحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ.
"Praise be to Allah who gave us life after He had given us death, and to Him is the return."

الْحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي فِي جَسَدِي، وَرَدَّ عَلَيَّ رُوحِي، وَأَذِنَ لِي بِذِكْرِهِ.
